Business Development & Marketing Specialist:
- Drive talent acquisition by developing, implementing and executing various recruiting and marketing strategies to brand your company as “Employer of Choice”.

- Hands-on experience with several design-tools for content development of our marketing message: Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and some Flash.
- Worked closely with you on creative photo displays and P.O.P. graphics for trade shows and job fairs.
- Participate and managed web site design projects. Responsibilities included: project management, initial concept design, selecting creative team and finding hosting partners.
Talent Acquisition Specialists:
Provide corporate and IT projects and staff augmentation services in a variety of technologies. Technologies including but not limited to Java/WebSphere/Oracle/Linux UNIX environments, C++, C#.NET/SQL Server/IIS environments, data warehouse technologies, front-end design (JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS, Adobe Flash & Flex) and various support positions for both infrastructure & applications.
- We work closely with hiring managers to identify human capital resource needs.
- Provide full life-cycle recruiting services on a contingency or contract hourly basis
- Hands-on full life-cycle recruiting:
- Sourcing – utilize various methods including internet boards, cold-calling, internet mining-techniques, networking and referrals.
- Screening/Behavior Interviewing/Negotiating
- Reference/background verifications
- On-boarding process and paperwork
- Knowledge of several recruiting-databases, recruiting tools and a applicant tracking systems (ATSs).
- Worked on several of the leading Central Vendor Management (CVM) Systems.
- We work closely with clients to identify resource needs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Knowledge of online recruitment and hiring practices.
- Managing other technical recruiters
- Manage outside vendor relationships with job boards and other human resource service providers.
