Through GrowthMode's alliance partnerships can provide training materials and various delivery methods including stand-up training and e-Learning.  Content areas include: coaching and mentoring, effective communications, project management and business acumen.  Other services included performance improvement consulting, instructional design and publishing.

• I've worked with protégés of Human Performance Technologist’s Tom Gilbert and Geary Rummler on various clients’ performance issues.
• Developed a scheduling and measurement system for Large Restaurant’s Corporate Diversity Group.  I worked directly with the Director of Diversity to outsource the administrative function of her Diversity Department.  This involved all pre-course activities, logistics and post class measurement processing (scantron) and report generation.
• Provided customized Problem Solving & Decision Making course for a large office products company.
• Provided instructional design project for a leadership course for a large publishing company.
